Accredited by the National Institute for Home Care Accreditation (NIHCA)

Hibernian Home Care has been awarded accreditation by the National Institute for Home Care Accreditation (NIHCA). NIHCA is recognized by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs as an authorized accrediting body and is approved to provide accreditation to registered Health Care Service Firms.

As a result of earning accredited status, achieved by having met all of the stringent standards of accreditation, Hibernian Home Care further demonstrates its commitment to being a top quality company in providing elder care services in New Jersey.

The mission of NIHCA is to promote quality, professionalism, and ethics to ensure the public trust, by setting standards, qualifications, and guidance for the delivery of safe essential Home Care services. This is accomplished by producing qualified, principled Home Care provider organizations through an objective accreditation process and independent oversight.

Accreditation is an essential tool for consumers in finding a safe, reliable, quality Home Care company. This is because NIHCA accredited Home Care providers have met stringent standards of care designed with consumer protection as a central purpose. Most importantly, the organization undergoes a rigorous assessment of their entire operation, that also includes an on-site visit by a surveyor to determine the organization continued compliance with all of the NIHCA Standards of Accreditation.

“Since the formation of our company, we set out to be a top quality organization with the goal of providing the best Home Care services. We are excited to be awarded this national accreditation as it reflects the hard work and dedication of everyone on our team,” says Roger Benedetti, President of Hibernian Home Care. “Accreditation establishes responsible service delivery practices that demonstrate our company’s mission and values. Being vetted by an independent accrediting body helps ensure consumers a level of trust in our organization, which is essential to excellent customer satisfaction and client loyalty. ”

“Our company’s most important focus is to provide our clients and their families the best quality of service and personal care,” says Cathy Benedetti, Vice President and Director of Nursing at Hibernian Home Care. “Being awarded this accreditation is important as it directly measures our commitment to doing things the right way and it confirms our ability to offering our clients and referral partners the knowledge and experience of our executive team.”
