Hibernian Home Care has been awarded accreditation by the National Institute for Home Care Accreditation (NIHCA). NIHCA is recognized by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs as an authorized accrediting body and is approved to provide accreditation to registered Health Care Service Firms.
As a result of earning accredited status, achieved by having met all of the stringent standards of accreditation, Hibernian Home Care further demonstrates its commitment to being a top quality company in providing elder care services in New Jersey.
The mission of NIHCA is to promote quality, professionalism, and ethics to ensure the public trust, by setting standards, qualifications, and guidance for the delivery of safe essential Home Care services. This is accomplished by producing qualified, principled Home Care provider organizations through an objective accreditation process and independent oversight.
Accreditation is an essential tool for consumers in finding a safe, reliable, quality Home Care company. This is because NIHCA accredited Home Care providers have met stringent standards of care designed with consumer protection as a central purpose. Most importantly, the organization undergoes a rigorous assessment of their entire operation, that also includes an on-site visit by a surveyor to determine the organization continued compliance with all of the NIHCA Standards of Accreditation.
